職位簡介:

為配合業務發展，本公司設施管理部現誠聘維修技術員，以協助處理日常工作

 

職責:

• 負責物業及設施的日常維修工作，其中包括水電、泥水及油漆
• 處理中央冷氣系統操作
• 定期檢查機電設備及建築物的狀況，並填寫報告
• 定期點算物料及工具數量，並填寫記錄
• 在非上班時間，需到場處理緊急事項

 

要求條件:

• 3年或以上物業及設施維修經驗
• 持有有效電工A牌及平安咭
• 懂基本英語會話
• 具備酒店/服務式住宅維修經驗者可獲優先考慮
