About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic team players to grow with our Operations Teams in supervisory and management level for existing and upcoming properties in Hong Kong.Selected candidates will be trained to be the designated trainer, deliver exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day property operations as well as executing marketing strategies. Operations Lead will report to Operations Manager, work with other on-site team, and corporate team members.


Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community and performing with high standard consistently
  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects
  • Managing and evaluating third party vendors’ performance, addressing opportunity and come up with follow up actions
  • Overseeing and managing daily property operations, includes coordination with other on-site staff
  • Addressing resident issues with appropriate and timely follow up in a professional manner
  • Assisting Operations Manager in leading the Operations team in cost controlling, analyzing internal operations, identify areas of process enhancement to improve efficiency and allow for scalability
  • Identifying, inputting and maintaining accurate data across various technology platforms including resident communication platforms, property management system etc
  • Conducting property tours to support Weave’s sales strategy when needed
  • Coordinating and executing property initiatives designed to develop resident relationships and help building both brand and property awareness in partnership with the corporate Sales and Marketing team
  • Liaising between Weave Corporate Office and the property
  • Analyzing and reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience, ensure initiatives are follow through
  • Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the corporate Marketing team



  • Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines



  • At least 3 – 7 years of work experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or business operations, background in serviced accommodation or co-working environments will be a plus
  • Strong people skills – approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
  • Professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting
  • Experience in multi-tasking between various departments over several business functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment
  • Willing to get hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done
  • Flexibility in schedule – work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift
