About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic team player to join our operations team in Hong Kong to oversee day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.  This role will report directly to Vice President of Operations.



  • Manage, lead and train our on-property Community Teams to ensure our brand promises are delivered to our residents including providing outstanding and prompt customer service especially for smooth move in and move out, promoting community and event initiatives
  • Liaise between Weave Corporate Office and the Properties
  • Manage third party service vendors including their processes, costs, quality of services, performance and deliverables and brand partnership commitment at Properties
  • Monitor operating expenses budgets for our properties and implement strategies to ensure expenditures remain within prescribed budgets
  • Assist in pre-opening phase including procuring third party service contracts, preparing standard operating procedures, providing input for initial budgets and site planning for optimal long-term property performance
  • Prepare / enhance and implement our standard operating procedures and training manuals
  • Staff management including recruitment, role and responsibilities assignment, training and motivating the Community Team, drive staff engagement and retention strategy
  • Ensure resident issues are resolved according to Company standard with professionalism and patience
  • Gather and analyse resident feedback and suggestions to report back to management on a regular basis



  • Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in Hospitality or related disciplines



  • Property operations background with 10+ years' experience in managing day-to-day operations of accommodation properties
  • Relevant working experience in hotels / serviced apartment / rental accommodation / co-working / co-living industry is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and the ability to work independently
  • Proven leadership and training abilities
  • Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tenants and team members
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure to manage multiple tasks and prioritise for completion
  • Strong in contractual sense, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skill including ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
