About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated leader to join our Sales Team in Hong Kong to drive our leasing strategy for our properties under the Weave Living umbrella. Reporting initially to the COO, this person will be responsible for managing our Sales Team as well as expanding our corporate client base for our properties.



  • Lead and manage our sales team to reach sales targets
  • Recruit, hire and train sales team
  • Sales target setting as well as prepare sales related reports and comparisons between performance and targets
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Coach, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • At the same time as managing the Sales team, have the ability to leverage off your network to actively generate new corporate leads and manage existing key corporate relationships across our portfolio of properties
  • Be an expert on the Weave product offering and be able to tailor our value proposition to specific corporate client’s specific needs and conduct property viewings
  • Working closely with Marketing team to drive lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the Marketing team and Experience to conduct market research, feedbacks and data analysis for market trends, resident analytics etc



  • Hong Kong Permanent Residency or Hong Kong Citizenship
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent



  • At least 10 years of professional working experience in a sales management role
  • Extensive network with relevant HR/administration teams for corporates and relocation agents
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet sales target
  • Experience with target setting
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and the ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Relevant working experience in serviced apartment / rental accommodation / co-working / co-living industry is an advantage
