- The Ultimo Early-Bird Promotion (the "Promotion") is valid exclusively for new bookings confirmed between 20 October 2026 and 1 November 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Offer Details & Eligibility: The Promotion applies exclusively to eligible direct bookings at Weave Campus – Ultimo, subject to the following criteria:
- Students Only: This offer is strictly open to students who present a valid university acceptance letter or student identification for verification prior to lease execution.
- Eligible Stay Periods: Applicable exclusively to fixed-term leases of 22 weeks (Semester Lease) or 44 weeks (Full-year Lease).
- Direct Booking Channel: Bookings are eligible only if initiated and completed directly via the official Weave Living website. Bookings made via third-party agents, educational consultancies, or external portals are excluded.
- One Promotion per Eligible Booking: A maximum of one reward applies per eligible booking and Licence to Occupy.
- Reward Structure & Crediting Conditions:
- Eligible room types and their corresponding reward values are as follows:
- Studio Single: Full-Year Lease (44 Weeks): A$1,000; Semester Lease (22 Weeks): A$400.
- Studio Twin: Full-Year Lease (44 Weeks): A$500; Semester Lease (22 Weeks): A$250.
- Distribution & Terms: The reward is not an upfront rental discount and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash, credits, or any other alternative benefit. The reward will be credited to the resident’s account at the end of the eligible lease term, strictly subject to the resident having complied with all covenants, rules, and obligations under their residential tenancy agreement.
- Early Termination / Break Lease: If a resident terminates, breaks, surrenders, defaults on, or otherwise ends their lease prior to the agreed contract expiry date, the Early-Bird incentive will be forfeited in full. Under no circumstances will any partial or full payment, credit, or compensation be issued in respect of a forfeited incentive.
- Availability: This Promotion is strictly subject to room availability at the time of booking confirmation. Weave Living reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the offer, rates, or inventory at any time without prior notice.
- General Terms: Weave Living reserves the right to interpret, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. This Promotion cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotional privileges, partnership agreements, corporate discounts, or vouchers. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the decision of Weave Living shall be final and binding.
