Sachin is founder and CEO of Weave Living and a “global citizen”, having lived in Australia and Hong Kong, as well as his native India.
He holds close to two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry, after playing senior investing and investment banking leadership roles for international institutions the stature of APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. Since inception, Weave Living has grown rapidly to own and manage a US$1 billion portfolio of assets in less than just five years.
Sachin graduated in Engineering and Physics at the Australian National University with First Class Honours and won the University Medal, a decoration bestowed on students for “consistent academic excellence”.

Meet our market leaders
Un Koh
General Manager – Korea
General Manager – Korea
General Manager Un Koh is able to draw on a wealth of leadership experience earned over more than 20 years in areas as diverse as accounting, finance, the military and start-ups from launch to “unicorn” status.
His career began in Los Angeles in 2005 with the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) multinational corporation, for which he worked on transactions and transfer pricing. Un also served as a United States Navy officer prior to joining PwC’s Korea practice in 2010.
From 2016, Un developed expertise in commercial real estate, as well as community operations, having led WeWork’s market launch and expansion in Korea, Hong Kong, Australia and China as Head of Operations, APAC. He was involved in sourcing, lease negotiations and programming throughout more than 100 locations in Asia. During his last year with WeWork, Un served as Deputy Country Head in Korea, where he managed market P&L and a team of 160 professionals.
Before joining Weave Living, Un served as Managing Director of Flash Coffee Korea, where his primary focus was sourcing retail real estate and operating a lifestyle-based specialty coffee chain.
Un graduated from from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
