Sachin is founder and CEO of Weave Living and a “global citizen”, having lived in Australia and Hong Kong, as well as his native India.
He holds close to two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry, after playing senior investing and investment banking leadership roles for international institutions the stature of APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. Since inception, Weave Living has grown rapidly to own and manage a US$1 billion portfolio of assets in less than just five years.
Sachin graduated in Engineering and Physics at the Australian National University with First Class Honours and won the University Medal, a decoration bestowed on students for “consistent academic excellence”.
Kemmy holds close to two decades’ experience in real estate and has spent most of her working life in marketing, sales, business development and property management. Before joining Weave Living in Singapore, she spent two years with LOGIN – an early mover in Singapore’s co-living market – and was involved in all aspects of the business.
In Australia, Kemmy served Central Equity, one of Melbourne’s leading property developers focused on inner-city apartments, after which she spent eight years at the high-end “8 Napier” condominium complex in Singapore.
Kemmy graduated from Australia’s Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
