  1. This Promotion is a limited-time offer only, depends on length of stay, and is subject to availability.
  2. This Promotion is valid until 31 October 2026 at 11:59pm SGT (“Promotion Period”).
  3. This Promotion only applies to new bookings that:
  4. Have a minimum stay of 4 nights and below 1 month.
  5. Have a move in date between now and 31 October 2026.
  6. The booking cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
  7. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:
  8. Confirm their booking by signing all required documents, including but not limited to the Licence Agreement, within the Promotion Period; and
  9. Make all relevant payments relating to their booking to Weave Living within the Promotion Period.
  10. If Weave Living does not receive confirmation and payment within the Promotion Period, the customer may still be accepted as a resident but will not be eligible for the Promotion.
  11. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  12. Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes.
  13. Cancellation and amendments are not allowed. No refund will be provided for any cancellation or amendment of the booking.
  14. This Promotion is a limited-time offer and is subject to availability.
  15. Subsequent renewal or extension may be available and will be subject to prevailing pricing at the time of renewal or extension.
  16. A clawback of the Promotion will apply if the lease term or rental fee is not fully met, with adjustments made according to prevailing market rates.
  17. Weave Living entities reserve the right to interpret, amend, or modify the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at their sole discretion.
