  1. Promotion Period: The Olympic Autumn Promotion (the "Promotion") is valid only for new bookings and qualifying resident renewals confirmed on or before 31 October 2026.
  2. Offer Details & Rates: The Promotion applies exclusively to new bookings and qualifying renewals at Weave Studios – Olympic. Eligible lease structures are as follows:
  • 6-month Lease: Eligible residents will receive a 12% discount on standard rates, plus HK$400 in curated rewards.
  • 12-month Lease: Eligible residents will receive a 15% discount on standard rates, plus HK$800 in curated rewards.
  1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to new resident bookings, and existing residents renewing their stay. For renewing residents, the current residency agreement must complete on or before 31 December 2026.
  2. Reward Incentive & Distribution:
  • Eligible residents may select their preferred reward from a choice of Uber credits, supermarket vouchers, Foodpanda credits, Apple Gift Cards, or Google Play Gift Cards.
  • The reward type must be confirmed with the Weave Team; otherwise, Uber credits will be issued by default.
  • The reward value is determined by the committed lease term (HK$400 for a 6-month lease and HK$800 for a 12-month lease).
  • Curated rewards will be distributed to the resident within one month of their official move-in date.
  1. Availability: This Promotion is subject to unit availability at the time of booking. Weave Living reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
  2. General Terms: Weave Living reserves the right to interpret, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Weave Living shall be final and binding.
