1. Promotion Period: The “Cosy up this season” Promotion (the "Promotion") is valid only for new bookings confirmed on or before 30 November 2026.
2. Offer Details & Rates: The Promotion applies exclusively to new bookings at Weave Studios – Prince Edward, Olympic, and Kai Tak. Eligible lease structures are as follows:
a. 6-month+ Lease: Eligible residents will receive HK$400 in curated rewards.
b. 12-month+ Lease: Eligible residents will receive HK$800 in curated rewards.
3. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to new resident bookings only.
4. Reward Incentive & Distribution:
a. Eligible residents may select their preferred reward from a choice of Uber credits, supermarket vouchers, Foodpanda credits, Apple Gift Cards, or Google Play Gift Cards.
b. The preferred reward type must be confirmed with the Weave Team via email at live.hk@weave-living.com after booking confirmation and prior to the official move-in date; otherwise, Uber credits will be issued by default.
c. The reward value is determined by the committed lease term (HK$400 for a 6-month+ lease and HK$800 for a 12-month+ lease).
d. Curated rewards will be distributed to the resident within one month of their official move-in date.
5. Availability: This Promotion is subject to unit availability at the time of booking. Weave Living reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
6. General Terms: Weave Living reserves the right to interpret, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Weave Living shall be final and binding.
