- Promotion Period: The promotion ends on 31 December 2026 at 11:59 pm (JST) (the "Promotion Period").
- Applicability: This promotion applies exclusively to bookings that meet all of the following conditions:
- Move-in must be completed on or before 31 December 2026.
- The contract period must be exactly 12 months.
- Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for this promotion, customers must:
- Sign all required documents, including the licence agreement, within the Promotion Period.
- Complete all related payments within the Promotion Period.
- If booking confirmation and payment are not completed within the Promotion Period, move-in may still be permitted at the discretion of Weave Living, but the promotional benefits will not be provided.
- Reward Release: The one month's rent reward will be released at the end of the 12-month lease, together with the security deposit.
- Exclusivity: This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers.
- Cancellations and Early Termination: Cancellations and contract modifications are generally subject to the standard lease agreement policies. For leases of 9 months or longer, an early termination penalty equivalent to one month's rent typically applies. However, Weave Living is pleased to waive this penalty provided that a formal written notice is submitted at least two months in advance.
- Availability & Amendments: This is a limited-time offer and is subject to unit availability. Weave Living reserves the right to interpret, amend, or modify these promotional terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Lease Extensions: For any lease extensions beyond the initial contract period, the prevailing standard rates at the time of renewal or extension will apply.
