Refer A Friend – Terms and Conditions

1. This Refer-A-Friend Promotion (this “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer only and is subject to availability. Weave Living entities reserve the right to interpret, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at their sole and absolute discretion.

2. For every successful referral, the Referrer and Referred New Resident will receive supermarket voucher or Uber credit valued of HK$200/400/600 (Weave Studios) OR HK$400/800/1200 (Weave Suites/Residences).

Weave Studios

1-3 months: HK$150 / HK$150
4-12 months: HK$200 / HK$200
12+ months: HK$300 / HK$300

Weave Suites or Weave Residences

1-3 months: HK$200 / HK$200
4-12 months: HK$400 / HK$400
12+ months: HK$600 / HK$600

3. For the Referrer (current or past resident) to be eligible for this Promotion, the following conditions must be met:

a) Referred New Resident has not previously lived or applied to live at one of Weave Living’s properties;

b) Referred New Resident has informed Weave Living the Referrer’s Name at the time of application or before booking confirmation;

c) At the time of application by the Referred New Resident, the Referrer has an existing, future or past confirmed booking with Weave Living;

d) Referred New Resident is staying for a minimum of one month;

e) Referred New Resident’s booking must be confirmed by 30 September 2025 with move-in date on or before 31 October 2025;

f) Referred New Resident successfully moved into one of the properties of Weave Living.

4. The reward offers a choice between supermarket voucher or Uber credit, according to the Referrer or the Referred New Resident’s preferences, but subject to availability.

5. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
