Terms and Conditions
- Pay 3 months and stay for 4 months (this “Promotion”) ends on Monday 13 May 2024 11.59pm Singapore time (“Promotion Period”).
- This Promotion only applies for selected rooms with:
- Move-in on or before Wednesday 15 May 2024; and
- For the duration of 4 months.
- For the applicant to be eligible for this Promotion, they must:
- Be a new customer who has not lived with Weave Living in the last 6 months;
- Confirm their booking by signing all documents required including but not limited to the Licence Agreement within the Promotion Period; and
- Make relevant payments relating to their booking to Weave Living within the Promotion Period.
- The promotion is calculated based on the Rack Rate, and the discount will be evenly applied throughout the 4-month lease period.
- This lease is for a fixed term, and if the lease term and rental fee are not fulfilled, a clawback of the discount will be applied. The adjustment for the remaining month will be made according to the current market rates.
- If confirmation and payment are not received by Weave Living within the Promotion Period, the applicant may still be accepted as a resident, but may not be able to enjoy the Promotion.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- This Promotion is a limited-time offer only and is subject to availability. Weave Living entities reserve the right to interpret, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion at their sole and absolute discretion.
- Subsequent renewal or extension may be available and will be subject to prevailing pricing at the time of renewal or extension.
