Studios and Suites
- All residents must be 18 years of age or above;
- Any visitors of residents under 18 years of age must obtain prior approval from Weave Management.
If you wish to cancel your stay before arrival, the first month’s paid license fee will be refunded but we will retain your security deposit.
The safety of residents is our highest priority. Our teams work together to ensure our properties fully comply with Fire Services Department safety regulations. Each property also benefits from 24-hour security with the main door locked to ensure only authorized personnel can enter.

We are currently in Hong Kong and Singapore – and have just set up offices in Tokyo and Seoul so you should see our first properties there soon! Our expansion plans also include other Asia gateway cities.
Since its launch in 2017, Weave Living has opened six Weave Studios (co-living apartments) across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, two Weave Residences (furnished apartments) on Hong Kong Island, and a Weave Suites (serviced apartments) on Hong Kong Island. For every Weave property, our vision remains the same – to create hassle-free city living for all.
Sachin is founder and CEO of Weave Living and a “global citizen”, having lived in Australia and Hong Kong, as well as his native India.
He holds close to two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry, after playing senior investing and investment banking leadership roles for international institutions the stature of APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. Since inception, Weave Living has grown rapidly to own and manage a US$1 billion portfolio of assets in less than just five years.
Sachin graduated in Engineering and Physics at the Australian National University with First Class Honours and won the University Medal, a decoration bestowed on students for “consistent academic excellence”.

Unlike other accommodation providers, all our homes are move-in ready and fully furnished with design-forward furniture and appliances, a hotel-quality bed with exceptional comfort, and ample storage. You’ll enjoy flexible leasing terms that range from short stays to as long as you like, at a price that includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV – installed and waiting for when you move in. Professional security staff and 24-hour CCTV offer exceptional protection. The Weave App on your phone lets you schedule maintenance and optional housekeeping services if they’re ever needed, and keeps you informed of events and activities. All this is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of public transportation and a variety of nearby shops, malls, and places to eat, drink, and enjoy yourself, plus great deals at local businesses.
All apartments at Weave Residences have a full-size, in-unit kitchen featuring an exhaust fan, microwave, oven, stove and wine cooler. Our One Bedroom Luxe Suite and Junior Luxe Suite at Weave Suites – Central West and our Studio Premier units at Weave Studios – Kowloon West and Weave Studios - Sai Ying Pun all feature a mini kitchenette with sink, stove and more.
We currently have 10 properties in total. Nine are in Hong Kong: in Kowloon there are Weave Studios in Prince Edward, Hung Hom, Olympic, Kai Tak and Kowloon West; and on Hong Kong Island we have two Weave Residences both located in Mid-Levels – and a Weave Studios and Weave Suites in the Sai Ying Pun area. We also have a Weave Suites in Singapore located at Kampong Glam.
Weave Studios are co-living studios that offer value for money with recreational shared spaces and a ready-made social life.
