About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and meticulous Systems Data Architect to join our Systems Team in Hong Kong to develop, optimize, and oversee our company’s conceptual and logical data systems. Your duties may include preparing data reports, monitoring the system, and supervising system migrations. 

To succeed in this role, you should know how to examine new data system requirements and implement migration models. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in data analysis and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with our Digital Project Manager, play a key role in overseeing new features and functionality from user requirements scoping to execution.  This involves thorough QA and testing of deliverables that are produced by developers/vendors before they are presented for sign-off  
  • Design and implement effective database solutions to store and retrieve company data for various internal stakeholders including marketing team, finance team, sales team and operations team 
  • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating our operations, applications, and programming 
  • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams. 
  • Work closely with our Digital Project Manager, recommend system improvements and oversee the migration of data from legacy to new systems 
  • Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features 
  • Maintain up-to-date project and task records in order to provide status updates to relevant internal teams and management 
  • Provide timely support and educate staff members through group or individual training 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and systems implementation 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attentive, confident and professional personality  
  • Solid organizational skills, superior attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities which enable the completion and juggling of many tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Nothing ever slips through the cracks on your watch! 
  • Ability to think outside the box and find effective solutions  
  • Adept at investigating problems and fixing them in the most efficient way possible 
  • Knowledgeable in Power BI or equivalent, SQL, relational databases, plus one or more programming languages.  Any prior experience with Microsoft ERP an advantage 
  • Innovative, self-motivated and passionate individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

About the Role:

We're looking for energetic, flexible team players to join our Community and Lifestyle Team for properties in Hong Kong to ensure we are consistently delivering on our brand promise to our residents and curating and cultivating a strong sense of community in a fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, curating on-property events. They will report to the Senior Manager – Community & Lifestyle Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects 
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community 
  • Recognizing and anticipating/reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our residents, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible residents’ experience 
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with properties
  • Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving residents’ issues with professionalism and patience 
  • Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience 
  • Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed 
Requirements:
  • Strong people skills – approachable, a good listener, empathetic and a team player
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience with extensive time in customer-facing setting 
  • Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation or co-working, start-up environments will be a plus 
  • Experience in coordinating events will be a plus 
  • Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crisis situations and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment 
  • Enjoy interacting with people and being a part of a multicultural and international work environment
  • Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between a morning shift and an evening shift 
  • Presentable and with a pleasant personality

About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated team player to join our Sales Team in Hong Kong to implement our Sales strategy for our Hong Kong properties under the Weave Living umbrella. Reporting initially to the VP – Sales, this person will be responsible for managing our customer journey from lead to move-in to retention, and expanding our corporate client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Converting resident applications from lead through to move-in as well as managing expiries and renewals
  • Drive our corporate sales initiatives especially for new properties in collaboration with the marketing and community teams
  • Identify new target corporate clients and actively generate new leads as well as managing existing corporate relationships across our portfolio of properties
  • Be an expert on the Weave product offering and be able to tailor our value proposition to specific corporate client’s specific needs and conduct property viewings
  • Conducting property viewings for potential residents by eloquently showcasing our unique Weave experience and USP
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional working experience in sales or leasing setting. Relevant working experience in serviced apartment / rental accommodation / co-living / hotel industry would be an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and the ability to work independently
  • Good working attitude with strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills for handling queries
  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Some flexibility in working hours is required (particularly for property viewings) and may involve hours outside of Monday to Friday 9-6pm
