Weave was conceptualised in 2017 as a new way of living for millennials and young professionals in key gateway cities across Asia. Over the last 3 years, we have had the privilege of learning from our past and current residents which has helped us question, re-invent and constantly improve. We have discovered that Weave appeals to more than just millennials. In fact, our residents are global citizens from all walks of life. From entrepreneurs to nurses, teachers to lawyers and actors to investors, representing a much broader human fabric than we originally anticipated. What brings them to Weave is great design, a buzzing community and a hassle-free way of living. What keeps them at Weave is the fantastic value we deliver and the close-knit bonds they build with their fellow residents allowing them to thrive.


The recent announcement of our Singapore expansion marks the first step in Weave’s international growth. In our home market of Hong Kong, we’re opening two new properties, one of which is debuting in West Kowloon and the other, our first luxury serviced suites on HK Island in the trendy heart of Sai Ying Pun. With this, we felt it was time to refresh and reposition the Weave brand to better reflect what we stand for as a company – design-forward, aspirational, progressive, diverse and engaging, all while being playful.


To this end, we are proud to announce our new branding as Weave Living. With a subtle, yet powerful change, we become more than just a co-living company and instead, target all things living – student accommodation, co-living, serviced suites and build-to-rent. We will however stay true to our roots with a strong emphasis on community and delivering an unparalleled lifestyle not offered by private rentals or traditional serviced apartments.


Our logo has changed to a single colour, “Weave Green” which signifies our push into broadening our offering to include a more premium and sustainable positioning for our brand. With this change, we are firmly differentiating ourselves from other operators who provide a mixed-bag product labelled “co-living”.


Our new branding also introduces an exclusive, custom-designed font for writing the word “weave”. The word weave is all lower case in the logo to create a more balanced and welcoming brand identity. Also the “e”s are tilted to add a playfulness to the logo.

The culmination of this rebranding will be the launch of Weave Living’s new website at www.weave-living.com on our 3rd birthday, 24th July, Friday next week.
